1. Service Description

Qualyn.ai provides release risk scoring, engineering quality analysis, repository insights, and related software intelligence services.

During the closed beta, the Service may evolve as we refine scoring, workflows, and integrations.

2. Beta Status

Qualyn.ai currently operates as a closed beta for invited teams.

You acknowledge that:

• Features are still being refined
• Scoring models may be updated as calibration improves
• Results may be incomplete when required inputs are missing
• Service interruptions or maintenance windows may occur
• Certain functionality may still be limited

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the Service lawfully
• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Not to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• To maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• To ensure you have authority to connect repositories and integrations

4. Repository Access & Permissions

You retain ownership of your repositories, code, and data.

By connecting integrations, you grant Qualyn.ai permission to access and process data necessary to provide the Service.

Qualyn.ai aims to use least-privilege access wherever reasonably possible.

5. AI & Automated Analysis

Qualyn.ai may use automated systems and AI-assisted analysis to generate:

• Release scores
• Risk findings
• Recommendations
• Engineering insights

These outputs are advisory in nature and should not be treated as guarantees.

Final engineering and release decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Confidentiality

Qualyn.ai treats customer repository data and analysis results as confidential.

We do not intentionally disclose customer repository content to third parties except:

• As required by law
• To provide the Service
• With customer permission

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Qualyn.ai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Production incidents
• Release failures
• Security issues arising from customer environments

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

Qualyn.ai and its underlying software, branding, models, scoring methodologies, and platform functionality remain the property of Qualyn.ai.

These Terms do not grant ownership of the platform itself.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or malicious activity is detected
• Continued access creates operational or security risk

Users may discontinue use at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable law.
